It is possible that a bug you’re experience isn’t on this list. If that’s the case, please reach out to us on any of our social media channels, or shoot us an email at support@yellowbrickgames.cadescribing your issue in as much detail as possible (step by step process that led to you encountering the bug).  Note that even if the bug you’re experiencing isn’t on this list, it’s quite possible that we are already investigating it. The issues mentioned here are only the highest priority ones that are most likely to come up in your playthrough.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• Impossible to skip end credits.  
  • Note: The credits need to roll until the end for the save process to complete.
  • Affected platforms: PC
• Some trees’ leaves will combust for longer periods of time then intended, while others combust longer then intended.  
  • Affected platforms: All
• In player's final confrontation, after Epic is harvested, dialogue is interrupted by a cutscene.
  • Affected platforms: Xbox Series  
• In certain instances, a game crash can occur after the player changes their language setting.
  • Affected platforms: PC
• Dialogue subtitles in French, German, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese only load in their entirety once the English VO is over.
  • Skipping to the next dialogue before the VO ends may cause the player to miss sections of the narrative.
  • Affected platforms: All
• In some instances, performance issues (FPS drop) are reported after repeated and extensive use of ice powers in ice-covered areas.
  • Affected platforms: All
• Progression of the quest “A shift in perspective” can be done even if all stated mandatory criteria aren't met.
  • Affected platforms: All
